Oshawott has the lowest stats of starters of Gen 5 hopfully Froakie is better

I'll think I'll be going for Froakie too! :) People will warm up to them more given time. (Though for me, it would take some doing to beat the unbelievable wonderfulness and cuteness that is Oshawott!).

I chose oshawott in White 2. Because I didn't like it at the start of Black 1 in 2011.
now I'm glad I didn't because of its low stats. Good thing Keldeo is also in my party

Oshawott has the lowest base stat total of all Water-type starter Pokémon.

Oshawott is my utmost favourite Pokémon. Closely followed by Crobat for some reason. :)

one of my Crobats being one of favs since I trained it to the Champion in Ruby Version, now after 2 poketranfers my prized Crobat is In Black version 1.
